What does the upfront fee pay for?
It covers designing and building the site: the layout, the typography, the motion, and getting it live on your own domain. It is a one-off charge rather than a deposit against the monthly fee.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, certificate renewal, security patching, and the occasional content tweak such as new opening hours or an updated menu. It keeps the site online and protected rather than leaving it to age.
Do I need to handle anything technical?
No. We register and configure the domain, issue and renew the SSL certificate, and run the firewall and malware scanning in the background. You hear from us when something needs a decision, not when something needs maintenance.
Can I move up a plan later?
Yes. Your design and everything already built carries forward, so moving up adds capability instead of starting again.
Does the Essential plan hold customer information?
No. It stores admin login credentials and nothing else, which is why it suits businesses whose site informs rather than transacts. If you need customer accounts, orders or stored records, that belongs on a higher plan.
